Image Repository Check and Update

We have discovered an issue causing a surge in server traffic due to the image repository.

An abnormal increase in traffic, over 50 times at one point, was triggered by a specific program that was indefinitely downloading images in a loop, leading us to urgently implement an update.

If the usage per IP address is excessively high compared to the average, we have made it so that images will not be displayed.
