Server time confirmation service open

This is a service that tells the website server time.

I had an acquaintance who asked for a site that informed the server time, so I searched for the idea that there would be various sites.

However, I actually found several sites for many years, but I saw logical errors or wrong implementation.

So in the end, I created a function to check the server time of the site.

I think it will be useful if the time of a personal computer has not been synchronized with server time or standard time, or the server administrator is wrong.
