Using Tistory Skin on Gnuboard?!
The main reason I switched from Gnuboard to WordPress was design.
With WordPress, you can easily change the layout design through "themes".
Moreover, there are a lot of users out there, and many individuals and companies are making "themes", so choosing one can be quite enjoyable.
Most of the decent themes are paid, but they're relatively inexpensive.
(Most of them are under $50)
I’ve often thought about this in the past, but I’ve also considered how to change the Gnuboard layout using Tistory skins.
By separating the content output area in the layout files of the Tistory skin into upper and lower sections, and handling basic variables and options, you can easily apply the Tistory skin to Gnuboard by outputting it in head.php and tail.php.
(However, it’s a matter to consider regarding the copyright of Tistory skins, which is why I've been holding off on it...)
