Drag Non-link Addresses in IE and Open in New Tab

This is about dragging a blocked address from an Internet window and opening it in a new tab.

Here’s something I wrote quite a while ago ^^;

Feel free to ignore the design stuff.
It’s fine if you delete it after clicking install and setup ^^
